Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery
for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect
or defective item, etc.)
A full refund of the purchase
price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was
shipped. We will also honor any warrantee or time guarantees.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a
$5 processing fee.
